Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering student success through a collaborative and data-driven approach. As an MTSS Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the MTSS framework, which includes interventions and support at varying levels of intensity to ensure all students' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework to enhance academic and behavioral outcomes for all students.

- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to provide targeted interventions and support for students in need.

- Utilize data-driven decision-making to assess the effectiveness of interventions and instructional practices.

- Lead professional development sessions to equip staff members with strategies and tools to support students within the MTSS framework.

- Coordinate with families and community resources to create comprehensive support plans for students.

- Analyze student data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making necessary adjustments to the MTSS strategies.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention effectiveness for data analysis and reporting purposes.

- Facilitate regular meetings with instructional teams to discuss student progress and intervention strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Valid elementary teaching certification.

- Proven experience in implementing MTSS or similar support frameworks.

- Strong understanding of data analysis and its application to educational interventions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
